Wong Ming Fei

Wong Ming Fei joins MBAex in 2018 as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) from Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, having held the position of VP, Sale Performance Development. He brings with him a strong business acumen and extensive financial knowledge in the regional markets, befitting MBAex’s ambitions and aspirations of becoming one of the biggest blockchain assets exchange platforms in the world.
Wong Ming Fei obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Adelaide, Australia. He has more than fifteen years of working experience in banking, financial services industry and business management. Wong is a Certified Gallup Strength Coach, a Sales Leadership Trainer and also Alliance in-house Master Trainer for Sales and Customers’ Experience with years of training and mentoring experience. During his tenure of ascending from a sales manager to Vice President in Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, Wong has contributed to the success of Alliance Consumer Banking and had won several acclaimed awards and recognitions.
Wong’s extensive business and financial experience were forged during his earlier career as a Business Development Manager in a biotech company where he played an instrumental role in the start-up and managed to establish the company to be a major player in the industry within 18 months with a regional footprint. Prior to this, Wong worked as Institutional Sales with OSK Securities Bhd managing an 8-figured diversified portfolio yielding more than 10% annualized return over the course of 6 months.
Wong’s primary role will be crafting various marketing strategies to build and strengthen MBAex brand while delivering accountable metrics. He will be working very closely with our regional business partners and advisors to expand target segments. By bringing his shrewd judgement and market insight, he will also be tasked to facilitate and create innovative products and services that meet the needs of our customers to ensure consistent and sustainable growth for MBAex.
